Once again, it is time for the State Employees Combined Campaign: an annual opportunity to stop and consider ways we can personally choose to make a difference by supporting charities and causes we care about.
As state employees, we are no strangers to adapting to change, and this has been a tough year for state government. The SECC can and should be a reason for us to come together and make a difference.
