Welcome to the North Carolina State Employees Combined Campaign! Recognized as a national leader among state employee workplace giving campaigns, the State Employees Combined Campaign has raised nearly $60 million dollars for hundreds of charities in its 20-year history. The SECC is indebted to the state employees and retirees who have consistently demonstrated their compassion and generosity in supporting causes and organizations that improve the quality of life for North Carolina citizens.
